- Le Cronier: The 1901 census shows merchant George Francis Le Cronier living at Waldegrave Villa with his second wife Charlotte Elizabeth de Putron Tardif (1864- ) and his children by his first marriage to Rosa Briard, Edith (1880- ) and George (1881- ), with two servants

Two-storey, four-bay house with entrance wing set back to west, and rusticated stucco wing to east, with crenelated parapet.
Ground floor French windows. Verandah supported on iron columns.
