This farmhouse retains its late 19th century historic characteristics. Its farm group still retains its integrity and contributes to the rural setting.
A building is shown on this site on the Richmond map of 1795.
The present house has been altered in the late 19th century to give it its dominant character of render and windows at present. There has been extensive 21st century development.
Two-storey with attic, five-bay farmhouse with extra matching bay to west and single storey wing to east.
Single storey 21st century timber building running south from east wing. 21st century brick and timber stable blocks to east.
Detached barn to west.
Central entrance, passage through to rear. Single pile, connecting through to wings. Stair has mahogany turned balusters, newel and handrail running to attic. Newel has metal button marked 1889 (Ph De St. Croix?). Fireplace with timber beam in ground floor east room.
