Mid-late 19th century farm group, with earlier origins, retaining historic character and some original features. A building on this site is shown on the Richmond map of 1795.
Historic farm group comprising two-storey five-bay main farmhouse, with two-storey, three-bay wing, running south, adjoining southwest corner (with flat roofed, circa 1970s extension to southern gable); two-storey barn, adjoining and parallel to rear of house; timber greenhouse, circa 1900, to southeast of house; and range of altered outbuildings to the east of the house.
