Historic farmstead, early-mid 18th century with early 19th century additions, which retains its character, with some notable features.

Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

Farm group, two-storey four-bay farmhouse to north. Single bay wing to east; pitched slate roof, dressed granite chimneys at ends, thatch stones, two smaller chimneys offset to north on either gable.

Outbuilding to south-west converted to residential use. Pump to the north.
