Listed building
A rural house which displays Jersey’s vernacular tradition in the use of local materials and details. Of particular note is the stone wellhead, circa 18th century, which is a relatively rare survivor. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
Rural house, two-storey, three-bay in roughly squared granite; window openings with long-and-short surrounds; doorway in third bay. To the right are two further irregular bays with brick surrounds. Wellhead to south is flat topped structure, round plan rubble wall with pierre perdu render. Opening to north face.
